This Is Where It Ends is a truly heartbreaking novel, but isn’t this quote simply beautiful? This quote adds so much depth to the book because the novel follows many different POVs, and it is so powerful to remember that in the end, no matter what we do or who we become, we are all just humans. And if we have nothing else in common, we are still all humans, and we all still dream. Isn’t it just a little comforting to know that, whatever happens, you still have your dreams to hold onto?
